Momotaro, the jean label of the famed Rampuya denim mill, takes pride in using traditional Edo Period techniques that originated in the small coastal Okayama town of Kojima. Context Expert Tip: The Vintage Label Slim Fit is made of 15.7 oz. unsanforized shrink to fit selvage that will shrink 1" at the waist and 2" in length with the first wash. It will stretch a full inch with consistent wear. It has a mid rise with a classic fitting slightly tapered leg. Please refer to our measurement chart when choosing your size. Take your favorite fitting pair of jeans and measure them, then compare those numbers to the ones on the measurement chart. Order the size that measures an inch smaller at the waist than your jeans to account for stretch.
