We offer you the option of returning your purchase for exchange or store credit. We do not offer refunds. Discounted or sale items are not eligible for exchange or store credit. Returned items must be postmarked within 10 business days from the date you receive your package. Returned items must be in new condition and include original tags. Please carefully pack and seal your return item. Damaged or worn items are not eligible for exchange or credit. Items given as gifts are eligible for a reasonable exchange or store credit extension, handled case by case.

Context now accepts returns for full refund on footwear and eyewear. Returns must be postmarked within 10 business days from the date you receive your package. Returned footwear and eyewear must be in new condition and include original packaging and tags. Damaged or worn footwear or eyewear will not be eligible for refund.
